HAAD (ABU-DHABI)

HAAD – The Health Authority – Abu Dhabi is the regulatory body of the Healthcare Sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Examination Section has been established to provide a solid foundation for licensing healthcare professionals to practice in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. HAAD exams ensure excellence in Healthcare for the community and are used to evaluate the capability of a health professional both in theoretical knowledge and clinical and practical Skills.

For haad exam qualification criteria, one should be currently working or have a 2-year working experience in a recognized hospital. The HAAD certificate provides license for nurse or other medical workers, to practice their profession in Abu Dhabi. The HAAD exam is conducted by PEARSON VUE.

If you are in search of a career in Abu Dhabi, you need to clear the HAAD exam and complete the Data flow (PSV) With Positive Report.

HAAD issues professional license for Nurses as per the following titles

Registered Nurse (RN)
Registered Midwife (RM)
Practical Nurse (PN)

HAAD coaching: in IONA ACADEMY is scheduled and conducted in a professional way by expert faculties. Regular course duration is 45 to 60 working days. Interested students can opt for CRASH course, which is an intensive training program designed for 3, 7, 15 days.CRASH course helps to refresh what they have learned and to approach the licensing exam with confidence. These facilities help the candidates to become fully confident before appearing the licensing online exam.

EXAM DETAILS:

For Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife - Total 150 Questions, 3 Hours Exam duration. Pass Percentage for HAAD-RN & RM is 80 to 85%.

For Practical Nurse - Total 100 Questions, 2 Hours Exam duration. Pass Percentage for HAAD-PN is 80 to 85%
