DHA (DUBAI)

A DHA / DOH exam is done inorder to ensure that you have required knowledge and skills to work in Dubai while the MOH will qualify you to work in any other emirate besides Dubai and Abu Dhabi. DHA certification provides UAE license. You cannot work there as nurse without UAE license.

DHA issues professional license for Nurses as per the following titles

  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Registered Midwife(RM)
  • Assistant Nurse (AN)

DHA coaching: in IONA ACADEMY is scheduled and conducted in a professional way by expert faculties. Regular course duration is 45 to 60 working days. Interested students can opt for CRASH course, which is an intensive training program designed for 10 – 15 days. CRASH course helps to refresh what they have learned and to approach the licensing exam with confidence. Computer based exams, online questions & answer practicing, mock test, enough MCQ books for reference are the specialties of IONA ACADEMY. These facilities help the candidates to become fully confident before appearing the licensing online exam.

EXAM DETAILS:

For Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife - Total 100 Questions, 21/2  Hours Exam duration. Pass Percentage for DHA-RN & RM is 70%.

For Assistant Nurse - Total 100 Questions, 21/2  Hours Exam duration. Pass Percentage for DHA-AN is 70%

 

DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR HAAD & DHA PROCESSING:

  1. One (1) color passport size photo (White Background)
  2. Passport(Front & Last Page)
  3. Higher Secondary Certificate (Plus Two)
  4. Secondary School Certificate (10th)
  5. GNM / B.Sc. Certificate (Degree / Diploma)
  6. Registration Certificate
    * (If Registration certificate is expired, Renewal Certificate is necessary)
  7. Nursing transcript
    (A full transcript clearly stating the breakdown of theoretical and clinical hours per subject of the nursing program)
  8. Nursing All year Mark list
  9. Experience Certificates
    (Official certificate of experience signed by an authorized person from Human Resources, Nursing or from a Medical Director.)
  10. BLS ( Basic Life Support) Certificate
  11. Good Standing Certificate - Valid and not older than six (6) months at the time of application for licensure.
  12. In case of changes in names in Passport, Additional documents are mandatory
